Day 2 Artiste in August!

So just a review for anyone who missed the first fabulous day of this blog hop, 15 other consultants and myself are creating a new project with an assigned shape from the Close To My Heart's Artiste Cricut Cartridge. The Artiste cartridge bundle comes with 3 c-size stamp sets, 3 dimensional elements and the Artiste Cartridge with over 700 images! 125.00 dollars in value for 99.99! That is a screamin' deal.
If you are starting at my blog you can continue on, but be sure to check out the fabulous ladies before me! There are some very creative ladies to learn from on this hop.

So our shape for today is the Gable Box (Pg 37 in handbook, 7 in the assembly book.) I saw this shape and immediately thought my boyfriend needed a wall charger for his Ipod! In today's electrical world there are tons of little gifts out there to give! Whether it is a camera memory card or a wall charger, this box will allow you to have the perfect gift wrap. You can also cut the box bigger if you gift is not so small. That is the great thing about cricuting, you choose the size so it always fits! I chose the Pemberly paper because it is Manly but allowed me to still embellish well. It really does have a great balance! I chose the love u because I plan to use this box for his anniversary gift!

This is the Gable box, I cut it at 5 inches.

This picture is a little dark but I was trying to show how deep the box goes.

Here I just wanted to showcase the front.
I used the dimensional elements that come with the package. The stamp also comes with the cartridge. I love the word bubbles on this cartridge I just think they are so cute!!

The swirls you stamped on the dimensional element behind love u, is from the August Stamp Of The Month. When you buy this cartridge you will qualify to get that stamp set for only 5.00!

Like I said if I am your first stop make sure and check out all the ladies before and after me. They are truly Amazing! I have the whole list posted below. Happy Hopping!
